The Ford X-Plan provides eligible participants with exclusive pricing and special offers on new Ford vehicles, which can help them save a significant amount of money on their purchase or lease.

Product Selection

Participants in the X-Plan Program can take advantage of an extensive product selection that includes a diverse range of eligible Ford vehicles, featuring different models, colours, trims, and configurations to suit their preferences and needs.

Partner Companies

Individuals who are employees of Ford's Partner Companies are eligible for these terrific offers and can enjoy exclusive discounts on the purchase or lease of new Ford vehicles through the X-Plan Program.

Who is eligible?
 

Partner Recognition employees (full time, part-time and contract), retirees and spouses of eligible partner companies (suppliers, fleets, etc.). Members of specific organizations or groups having a unique relationship with the Ford Motor Company. Participation is by invitation only and not all suppliers, fleets, etc. are eligible. An eligible Partner Recognition employee or retiree may generate up to 2 Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) per calendar year to be used towards the purchase/lease of a new vehicle for them or members of their households.
 

Family members of eligible X-Plan customers may also purchase under the plan, but will be required to show proof of residence. You must be a resident of Canada to be eligible. Purchases under X-Plan are limited to 2 per household per calendar year.

What proof do I need?

First, you'll need to get your Partner Recognition Code from your employer. Next, you'll need to get a PIN which can be obtained by either calling 1-877-975-2600 or by following the steps on www.fordpartner.com.

Once you have your PIN, contact Team Ford and let the sales staff know you are an X-Plan customer. You will be required to show proof of employment or retirement from an eligible partner company. Recent pay stubs, company I.D. or healthcare card are all acceptable. For residents in the same household as the eligible employee/retiree, a driver's license will be required for proof of residence, plus proof of sponsor employment. For membership-based companies, a membership card must be provided. Business cards will not be accepted.

What vehicles are eligible?

You can buy or lease any current Ford model on X-Plan with a few restrictions. Current Ford model year and prior model year vehicles sold in Canada. Vehicles may be ordered from production or, if the dealer agrees, may be selected from the inventory of Team Ford. New prior model year vehicles may be purchased or leased while supplies last for products under X-Plan, but only available until March 31st of the current model year (e.g. unsold new 2023 vehicles will no longer qualify as of April 1, 2024). Dealer demonstrator units (no mileage restriction) are also eligible. No additional discount is permitted beyond incentives compatible with an X-Plan deal.
