Shuttle Operation & Times

First Customer Shuttle 7:30 AM
Second Customer Shuttle 8:45 AM

Customer pick-ups are available throughout the day.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, downtown pick-ups are UNAVAILABLE.
Last Shuttle Pick-up: 4:00 PM

IF TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED AFTER 4:00 PM, CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE TO SEEK ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION.

Loaner Guidelines

⚠ NO SMOKING IN ANY LOANER VEHICLE
Ford Loaner Vehicle Fee
For non-warrantable issues
$35 / Day
Loaner Cleaning Surcharge
If extremely dirty or covered in pet hair
$100
Fuel Fee
Will be charged if returned with less fuel than given
$50
Strict Return Policy

Loaners must be returned within 24 hours of notified customer vehicle completion.

⚠ A $100 FEE APPLIES IF THE LOANER IS NOT RETURNED ON TIME.
