With our clients, colleagues and their families at the centre of everything we do as a company, we would like to take the time to address concerns about the coronavirus (COVID -19) and the steps we are taking in our dealership to continue our focus on keeping people safe and healthy.
We are closely monitoring the situation and following guidance from public health officials. And government agencies. In the interests of public health and excellence in our service, we are taking the following measures.
• The cleanliness of our dealership is always a top priority for us, and now more than ever. In addition to our regular cleaning procedures, increased sanitization measures are being added.
• For clients who have services booked, we are able to service your vehicle as scheduled. We encourage you to reschedule if you are not feeling well. We will ensure that key touch points in your vehicle (steering wheel, shifter, etc.) are cleaned after repair or maintenance has been completed.
• If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, we would be happy to bring a vehicle to your home or place of work for a vehicle demonstration and test drive.
• Vehicle financial transactions may be conducted via telephone or email should you prefer not to visit the dealership to finalize your vehicle purchase.
We will continue to be flexible and focus on prevention to service the needs of our clients while remaining vigilant. We understand this situation is top of mind for all of us right now.
