ASSISTANT DEVICES

We ensure that our staff are trained and familiar with various assistive devices and accessories that may be used by customers with disabilities when accessing our products or services .

COMMUNICATION

We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability. We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals.

SERVICE ANIMALS

We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are permitted in parts of our premises that are open to the public.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY OUTAGE

In the event of planned or unexpected disruption to services or facilities for customers with disabilities, accessibility to restrooms and parking ramps, Jim Keay Lincoln Sales Ltd. promptly notify customers. This clearly posted notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, its expected duration, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available.

The notice will be placed at our front showroom entrance, side showroom entrance and at the entrance of main service.

STAFF TRAINING

Jim Keay Lincoln Sales Ltd. provide training to employees, volunteers and others who deal with the public or third parties on their behalf.

All comments will be directed to management. Customers can expect a response within 24 hours.
